Account Manager

This position is open immediately. You will be working with the sales department. In this position, you will be responsible for cold calls, following up with clients, correspondence, attending networking events, and technical proposal documentation. This is a fast-paced position with priorities changing from day to day. The person who is hired for this position must be extremely detail oriented and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Technical/Computer experience is a must! Network Engineer / Installer

We are seeking an experienced Field Network Engineer. Must have at least 2 years of experience with networking, server installation and maintenance, and at least 1 year outbound/field service. At least one technical certification is required. Additional certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience. Applicant must have at least one year experience in either in-wall wire installation or video/surveillance system installation. Other requested traits are a desire to be very busy and a willingness to provide strong customer service. The day-to-day job will require that you thoroughly document your work and all troubleshooting. This is a team environment with new learning opportunities every day. Applicant must be able to work in varying network environments and available to work 40 to 48 hours per week. Some hours will be Saturday and evening as projects require. (FILLED)

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Network Engineer. Must have at least 5 years of networking experience, and at least 1 year outbound/field service. At least one technical certification is required, MCSE strongly preferred. Additional certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience. Applicant must have a desire to be very busy and demonstrate strong customer service ability. Thorough troubleshooting documentation is required. Computer Technician I

We are seeking an entry level PC Technician who is able to work a full or part-time, weekday afternoon/evening and Saturday schedule. There will be a requirement of at least 15 hours per week and Saturdays 10am - 4pm are a must. Self motivation and a desire to learn are key qualities. A+ or other certifications are a plus, but are not required. You must be willing to learn all aspects of computer hardware, software and retail store operations. This is an excellent entry level position, and perfect for a college student schedule. (FILLED)

Computer Technician II

We are seeking a well organized computer technician with 2 to 3 years of broad based experience. You must be able to work a five day work week including Saturdays and have reliable transportation. Self Motivation is a must. A+ or other technical certification is required. Certifications are helpful, but will not substitute for experience.
