Computer Maintenance and Computer Maintenance Agreements
CyberAnnex offers network consulting, service, education and internet solutions all under one roof. Our knowledgeable staff is trained to identify specific needs, consult with the customer, and implement the most logical solution to meet those needs. Maintenance contracts provide a cost-effective approach for on-site services. As a maintenance contract customer, you will enjoy our on-site response time guarantee during normal business hours. (Extended 24 hour 7 days a week coverage is also available.)
The purpose of the Agreement is to provide the Customer with a pre-determined scheduled monthly service to maintain their network. This includes, but not limited to the following:
• Network additions and modifications
• Checking hard drives for fragmentation to improve performance
• Reviewing network operations to improve operation, security, back-up integrity and data recovery capability
• Software and firmware updates as needed
• Mission critical or non-functioning file server support - two (2) to four (4) hour response time, Monday -Friday between 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (within our normal service area)
Charges not covered in the Agreement are as follows:
• Cost of labor for additional hours not included in the Agreement
• Travel time over 20 minutes will be billed at 1/2hour, and over 45 minutes will be billed at 1 hour. Anything over 70 minutes will be billed at actual time.
• Overtime and/or weekend hours are at 1 ½ times the per hourly rate
• Holiday hours are at 2 ½ times the per hourly rate
• Additional charges for special requests (i.e. equipment such as network protocol analyzers) may apply
Services excluded from the Agreement, but available for an extra charge, include:
• New Operating System and Application Roll Outs
• Consultation and planning for future growth
